It sounds very professional, a digital strategy, but what is that actually, why do you need as an entrepreneur?

Briefly, a digital strategy, a way to deploy people and resources to achieve your goals digital. A good strategy helps you move forward by first briefly step back. It forms the basis for a successful digital action plan. Where do you start best?

A clear formulation of the desired future helps create focus. Be specific and ensure the objectives are measurable. the S.M.A.R.T principle can help. It stands for:

  • Specific - Who, what, where, why and when?
  • Measurable - Can I have a stick figure?
  • Acceptable - Can the organization find here?
  • Realistic - Is it sufficiently ambitious feasible?
  • Time-bound - within what time frame?

An example of a target SMART can be:
